Intellectual Property

All trademarks, copyrights, database rights, visual designs, source code, and other intellectual property rights related to the Application remain the property of the Service Provider. Unauthorized copying, modification of the Application, attempting to extract source code, translating the Application, or creating derivative versions is strictly prohibited.

Service & In-App Features

The Service Provider is dedicated to ensuring that the Application is as beneficial and efficient as possible. As such, they reserve the right to modify the Application or update feature tiers at any time. Any charges for optional premium services will always be clearly communicated via the Apple App Store billing flow.

Data & Security

The Application stores and processes personal data that you have provided to the Service Provider in order to deliver the service. It is your responsibility to maintain the security of your phone and access to the Application.

The Service Provider strongly advises against jailbreaking or rooting your device, which removes operating system software restrictions. Such actions could expose your device to malware, compromise security features, and cause the Application to malfunction.

The Application utilizes third-party services that have their own Terms and Conditions:

• Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA)
• Google Play Services Terms
• Expo Terms of Service

Connection & Mobile Data Usage

Some functions of the Application require an active internet connection (Wi-Fi or cellular data). The Service Provider cannot be held responsible if the Application does not function at full capacity due to lack of access to Wi-Fi or if you have exhausted your mobile data allowance.

If you are using the Application outside a Wi-Fi area, your mobile network provider's agreement terms apply. You accept responsibility for any data or roaming charges incurred during connection.

Device Charge & Operating Responsibility

It is your responsibility to ensure that your device remains charged and operational. If your device runs out of battery and you are unable to access the Service, the Service Provider cannot be held responsible.

Updates & Termination

The Service Provider may update the Application from time to time. You may need to download updates to continue using the Application.

The Service Provider may also cease providing the Application or terminate its use at any time. Upon termination, all rights and licenses granted to you end, and you must cease using and delete the Application.

Changes to Terms

The Service Provider may periodically update these Terms and Conditions. You are advised to review this page regularly for changes. Continued use of the Application signifies acceptance of updated terms.
